IAM Live: SEP Summit

August 2024

HGF is proud to be gold sponsors of the IAM Live: SEP Summit.

The IAM Live: SEP Summit will be held at the Ironmongers’ Hall in London on the 11th-12th of September. The summit will discuss strategic insights into licensing in emerging markets, SEPs at the UPC, UK High Courts, and licensing negotiation tips and tricks.

HGF Patent Directors Dr Vincent Jennings and Nick King and HGF Partner and Patent Attorney Dr Susan Keston will be attending, and Susan will be speaking on the panel ‘Bracing for Europe’s landmark changes’. 

The panel will discuss:

  • Tactical responses to the proposed SEP regulation
  • How to alter your strategy to appease the proposal’s aims
  • Potential policy developments to keep on your radar

This event will provide an opportunity to connect with patent professionals as they share insights into how to navigate SEP licensing.
