The conference will define present and future medical device trends, investigate, discuss and improve the quality of life for patients worldwide.

Kieran Killough and Craig Thomson are presenting “preparing for IP Due Diligence: Using your IP to get investment” on Wednesday 26th September. They will discuss how chances of investment are optimised if companies can effectively demonstrate to investors that their IP adequately underpins the business plan on which the investment pitch is based. They will address the following:

  • What is IP Due Diligence?
  • What are the mistakes commonly made during this process?
  • How do you ensure that you impress investors?
  • The importance of demonstrating a relevant IP strategy and timeline that integrates well with your business plan, including your clinical development plan.
